such as vendors and exhibitors with the Indiana Convention Center for Business Conferencing, Apartment Homes, Livery & Executive Transportation services, etc., structuring the FREE Reloadable Prepaid Cards to be compatible with all retail and vendor software; thereby, providing the end-user the privilege of using the card for all consumable goods
